COVID-19

Parents/Guardians:

In response to the COVID-19, our office has implemented new/modified policies in order to remain open and able to treat our patients. Please note that these policies will remain in effect until further notice and are subject to change. While we understand that some of these rules may cause inconvenience, patient safety is and will remain our top priority.

Currently, we are not equipped to test for COVID-19.

1.       If you or your child present with ANY of the following symptoms, please contact the office BEFORE ENTERING, for further instruction.

a.       Fever, Cough, Headaches, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Loss of taste or smell, Sore throat, Nausea, Diarrhea

b.      Failure to notify the office of above symptoms PRIOR to appointment, may result in the refusal by our Doctor to see your child. If our Doctors and Staff are sick, we will not be able to continue to provide care and we are doing our best to remain open safely.

2.       Until further notice, we are seeing well physical exams ONLY in the office, with few exceptions on a situational basis only. If you would like further information regarding this, we can assist you during business hours.

a.       In place of sick visits, we are offering telemedicine by appointment. Please contact the office during business hours to schedule a telemedicine visit.

3.       Masks MUST be worn by anyone entering our office over the age of 3 years old.

a.       Mask/facial covering MUST INCLUDE mouth and nose coverage and worn for the duration of your time in the office. Failure to abide by this rule may result in your appointment being rescheduled.

4.       In an effort to limit risk and possible exposure, we ask that only children being seen come into the office and only one parent/guardian per child.

Our main goal at this time is to do our best to minimize the spread of COVID-19 in our community. We recommend that families continue to practice social distancing, limiting travel, and proper handwashing. If you have any questions or concerns in regards to COVID-19 or these policies, please contact us Monday-Friday 8am-4pm. We appreciate your continued patience during this stressful time.

Sincerely,

Holly City Pediatrics Staff
